"I joined the GIT RIGHT BootCamp in June of 2014.  I wanted to start living a healthier lifestyle and I wanted to lose a little weight before I went home to the Virgin Islands.  I met Marquis at work one day and he told me about his bootcamp.  I joined and about a month later I'm slimmer than I've been in a long time!.  His workouts are really good!"

"I met Marquis thru a friend and we met at Starbucks to talk about goals.  I told him what I wanted to accomplished and he reccommened his GIT RIGHT BootCamp.  I stayed with Marquis from January 2014 and still with him.  Before training with Marquis I haven't seen the 100's in over 2 years.  Marquis gave me a meal plan and motivated me at his bootcamps to help me break my plateau and got me in better shape!  I loved that he had a modification for every workout to fit my fitness level!  Love his bootcamps but I be bout to die, lol but he pushed me to get it done!"

I have worked with Marquis from December 2014 until April 2015.  In that time, I lost about 50lbs working with the GIT RIGHT Fitness trainer.  He helped me shed the weight in about 4 months and help me cut my body fat percentage from 25% to 13%.  I am so happy with my transformation and how I feel you can really see I have more confidence in myself now.

"I only had the pleasure of training with the a GIT RIGHT Personal Trainer but I had some great results!  I remember my first day, doing a squat was so hard because of my balance.  I had no real muscle in my legs.  After a customized workout for what I wanted my legs and glutes to look like, my month with GIT RIGHT just what I needed.  I also attended a couple of the GIT RIGHT BootCamps and it was intense!  I enjoyed it and when I am in Orlando I love to go and GIT a quick fix and GIT RIGHT!"

After knee injuries, I was demoted from linebacker to offensive line on the football team at Bethune-Cookman University in Daytona Beach, FL.  They added about 25lbs topping me off at 275lbs.  I moved home to Orlando and started my now "GIT RIGHT Starter Package".  I ate the right foods needed, and I lost about 65lbs!  I never had abs in my life.  I know how it feels to be overweight and to lose it.  I pass these experiences and knowledge to my clients and still have success to this day!"
